reason for coming to tokyo: umm, have studied japanese since i was 12 (too long!!). have been a high-school exchange student in Japan, also a university exchange student, have worked on the JET program, have worked as an english teacher, translator, interpreter, etc. tokyo is where they offer all the good (meaning well paying and interesting) jobs for people with my background. tried to get work in the US, but they didn't want me (sad, I know), so now daz (partner in crime) and i are takin' down tokyo together.
